Hi there,
Yes. Essentially it will work in whatever conditions you are working in, within reason. Pouring rain or heavy snow could impact the ability of the laser to stay connected to a prism or make measurements on surfaces. Too much interference with rain/snow could delay measurements done by the tool. Light rain and light snow is fine, but the tool will be able to function in those conditions.

It's important to note that if the tool does get wet, to dry it off before closing it up in its case.
